- Experience with home health care is preferred.

- Willingness to travel as the agency covers multiple counties.

- Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) is highly preferred.

Description:

Minimum experience required is 1 year. First-time travelers are accepted with a screening time of 6 months. The patient population includes adults to geriatrics. Mileage is paid at the IRS standard rate and must be tracked. The clinician ratio is approximately 1:5. Candidates will be required to complete an online HCHB course if they do not have prior experience, which must be paid upfront.

Scrub color is flexible, and no weekend shifts are required. Floating may be required within the facility and scope of practice as needed. If a major holiday occurs during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work it. Compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to start on time. Clinical screening will determine the candidate's fit for the role. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
