- Springhill Suites Augusta Springhill Suites Augusta is looking for a few dedicated, hard-working housekeepers to join our team. The starting pay is $12.50 per hour. After a positive 30-day review, you can earn a $.50 raise to $13 per hour! Then, after a positive 90-day review, you can get an additional $1 raise and earn up to $14 per hour!

Positive reviews are based on attendance record and job performance. Please apply or stop by our hotel today! We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional.

Responsibilities:
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Reply to general questions guests have during their stay
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby

Qualifications:

• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills Compensation: $12.50 - $14 hourly
