Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior CI HUMINT Analyst to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. Responsibilities:
- The Senior CI HUMINT Analyst shall prepare intelligence reports and assessments for the supported Command’s mission planning and force protection efforts.
- The primary focus is two-fold: (1) identify asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities to U.S. interests in the AOR and (2) assess and monitor the internal security situation in the AOR as it pertains to force protection.
- Deliverables include: CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDS, Strategic Assessments, Reports, White Papers, Briefings, Coordination, Strategic Collection Management Plans, Analysis, Deconfliction, and Oversight.
- Produce highly-complex all-source CI analytic production to support Army CI efforts to counter FIE threats to Army Research, Development, and Acquisitions (RDA) and Defense Critical Infrastructure worldwide, including technical and HUMINT intelligence threats.
- Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of CI-HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies, providing detailed analysis to support full-spectrum operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD).
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with NDI periodically.
Required qualifications/skills:
- A minimum of a Master's Degree.
- Certifications such as DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, Certified Defense All-Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2 (CDASA-1, CDASA-2), Certified Collection Management Professional
-Fundamentals (CCMP-F), or Intelligence Planner Certification. - Military or Government
Education: - a. U.S. Government all-source MOS or related analytical certification course.
- b. HT-JCOE – Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; DIA Targeting Officer Course; or IC equivalent.
- 12 years full-time experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership.
- 8 years as a CI-HUMINT analyst supporting CI, HUMINT, or other sensitive intelligence activities.
- 5 years analyzing regional and functional CIHUMINT topics, including threats to DCIP, DoD supply chains, and emerging technologies.
