JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Performs Open-Source Intelligence analytics using Chinese language, supporting full spectrum cyber operations at U.S. Army Cyber Command.
Tasks:
- Analyze open-source analysts.
- Support full spectrum cyber operations.
- Gather, evaluate, and analyze data from various open sources, including public records, news media, social media platforms, images, videos, websites, and the dark web.
- Perform nontechnical (evaluation of people and operations) risk and vulnerability assessments of relevant technology focus areas (e.g., local computing environment, networking environment, work-place environment), as related to the analysis of OSINT information.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree, 10 + years relevant experience or a master’s with 5 years.
- Mandarin Chinese 3 (ILR 3+/3+) in listening and reading.
- TS/SCI w/POLY.
