HPC Cloud Performance Engineer LOCATION Fort Eisenhower, GA 30905 CLEARANCE TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full U.S. Citizenship) KEY SUMMARYWe are seeking a skilled and motivated HPC Cloud Performance Engineer to join our team and optimize high-performance computing (HPC) systems in cloud environments. In this role, you will analyze, benchmark, and enhance system performance to ensure efficiency and scalability for demanding computational workloads.

Bachelor's Degree DEGREE (Focus)

Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and optimize HPC workloads
- Benchmark cloud performance
- Implement resource scaling strategies
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues
- Develop performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams
- Proficiency in parallel computing
- Cloud orchestration tools
- HPC workload scheduling
- Performance profiling tools
- Scripting for automation
- Data analysis for performance trends
- Knowledge of GPU acceleration
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Singularity)
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments
- Proficiency in MPI or OpenMP
- Understanding of cluster management tools
- Knowledge of AI/ML workload optimization
