Peraton seeks a Senior Cyber (OT) Intelligence Analyst to provide senior-level Cyber Intelligence & Reporting on Critical Infrastructure (CI) and Operational Technology (OT) to defend against CI/OT cyberspace threats.
Location:
Fort Gordon, GA.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within OT systems
- Prioritize identified risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Work as an expert, conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks. Focus area is SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, and other industrial automation systems
- Analyze network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent.
- Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
- Correlate threat data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
- Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
- Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials.
Required:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA;
Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA;
Minimum of 7 years with PhD. Will consider Associate+14 years; HS+16 years of experience. - All-source analyst needs (1-3 years of experience) of OT and critical infrastructure knowledge base and common intelligence picture within the AIDP, ensuring its content is current, accurate, and accessible to authorized users.
- Familiarity with:
- Physical and logical communication methods and protocols used in IC S, PLC, SCADA, DCS, RTU, and HMI systems
- Current cybersecurity techniques specific to control systems
- Emerging trends and technologies in the convergence of OT and IT networks
- ICS operations
- Various threat methodologies used on OT systems
- OT cybersecurity best practices, threat landscape, and mitigation strategies in SCADA, PLC, Human Machine Interface (HMI), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and other industrial automation systems.
- Active DOD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Polygraph and MEAD
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Must be able to travel and/or provide surge support
Preferred, not required:
- Certifications/training/experience:
- SANS 578/508/410, or
- ISA/IEC 62443, SANS 456 (GCIP)/ 515 (prereq. for 612), or
- SANS GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID)
- SANS GIAC Critical Infrastructure Protection (GCIP), or
- ICS
612 training, or - At least 3 years of specific OT/ICS cybersecurity experience
- Familiarity/working knowledge of Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP), Object-Based Production (OBP), and military intelligence databases

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
