Collection​/Reporting Senior Mentor

Location: Augusta, GA
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Position Summary
Geo Owl is seeking qualified candidates for Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Senior Mentor will provide direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day mission, leveraging certified expertise across multiple technical disciplines.

Position Description
The Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor will:

• Provide on-site, real-time mentoring and training support
• Develop and maintain course curriculum, training references, and working aids
• Track and maintain operator qualification records to improve proficiency
• Advise on job qualification standards
• Maintain currency through participation in real-world SIGINT operations
• Instruct platform-training courses in tactical reporting and collection operations
• Support rotating shift requirements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years of operational and/or instructional experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions, time-sensitive reporting, and other IC reporting products
• Current or prior experience with time-sensitive reporting
• Proficiency with customer databases, multi-media reporting systems, and SIGINT writing styles
• Knowledge and experience in multi-technology geolocation and RF collection operations

Desired Qualifications

• Certified instructor experience supporting training and operational geolocation technologies
• Ability and willingness to obtain multiple geolocation specialized certifications

Additional Information

• Five (5) years of operational experience within the last seven (7) years in time-sensitive reporting, product reporting, and Preliminary Mission Summaries (PREMS)
• Ability to instruct others in time-sensitive reporting
• Required operational experience with:
• KD, T-GRAM, E-GRAM, multi-media reporting
• COASTLINE and AMHS
• SIGINT writing styles
• SIGINT Maps (Google Earth or ArcGIS)
