ADP is hiring a Service Delivery Consultant II.

In this role, you will be a subject matter expert in Autopay/Mainframe and serve as a primary support liaison between COS, internal partners, and clients, providing application and technical support for all versions of ADP’s product offerings.
You will deliver “first class” service to clients and uphold ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Provide technical support and assistance to Managed Payroll Teams, Clients, Relationship/Success Management, Implementation, and COS Shared Services groups.
- Resolve client application questions or problems related to system setup, product functionality, security setup, workflow, and product enhancements in payroll and HR.
- Use your knowledge of tools including Autopay, PTCS, MR2000, PMEI, iServ, PMF, CEH, Siebel CRM, Enterprise, Vantage, ADPR, iProducts, and SMS/Netsecure to creatively resolve escalations and issues.
- Provide mentorship to Service Delivery Consultants I & IIs.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to improve client service.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Working knowledge of Autopay/Mainframe.
- Support for product/application issues and assigned ADP software and applications.
- Ability to analyze conditions and errors related to client or database platform and provide resolution paths.
- Product knowledge:
Vantage, Enterprise (Versions 5 and
6), MyADP, SMS/Netsecure.
