This position is contingent upon a contract award and involves overseeing all aspects of GEOINT exploitation, analysis, and reporting for the Army GEOINT Enterprise. The Program Manager will provide strategic planning, resource management, quality assurance, and serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and government stakeholders to support GEOINT operations worldwide.
EssentialJob Duties
- Provide complete oversight and administrative control of the contract workforce while serving as the senior‑level liaison between the contractor and government stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Lead task planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and security management across all subtask areas.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports—including weekly staffing updates, monthly invoicing, utilization metrics, and annual progress reports—while maintaining unfettered access to all project data for the government.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver approved tasks/projects in alignment with government priorities, schedules, and budgets, addressing deviations and implementing remediation strategies.
- Provide strategic planning, situation assessments, and proactive support to address emerging requirements and ensure mission success.
- Active in scope TS/SCI.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field.
- 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on U.S. Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services.
- Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent).
- Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.
- Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Superior understanding of DoD intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with a general understanding of GEOINT operations.
- Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks.
- Knowledge of and experience with irregular warfare concepts and operations.
- Normal office conditions.
- Primary performance location:
Fort Gordon, Georgia; the Government reserves the right to require contract performance at alternate locations as dictated by mission requirements. - Additional performance locations include:
