AboutCross Link
At Cross Link Consulting (),
we don't fix computers, we serve people! We are a Managed Services Provider (MSP) offering IT support, cybersecurity, and strategic technology services to businesses and organizations across the Greater Augusta and Central Savannah River Area. Over the years we've built something more than outsourced IT-we've become "the friendly IT department down the hall." We believe our success comes from more than technical know-how;
it comes from people who are called to serve others
. Our team thrives when we put our clients first, solve problems with creativity, and protect people from risk with diligence. That's why we foster a company culture that values both professional excellence and personal calling.
As a Network Engineer at Cross Link, you'll step into a role where every day brings both technical problem-solving and people-focused service. One moment you may be planning switch configurations in Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNA Center), ensuring uptime and reliability for a client's campus network. Later that same day, you might be helping a colleague troubleshoot Active Directory group policies or mentoring a junior technician on how to manage permissions responsibly.
You'll also play a role in managing virtual server infrastructure (currently VMware, though this may evolve), supporting high-availability environments for our clients. Documentation, planning, and oversight are part of your stewardship, ensuring that our team stays aligned and our clients experience seamless network operations. In short: your work helps keep organizations running smoothly while building up the skills of those around you.
