• Support supplier sourcing, market research, and request-for-quotation activities.
• Prepare supplier quote comparisons covering pricing, lead times, commercial terms, and technical compliance.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and order follow-up.
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier documentation.
• Track procurement savings, cost avoidance, payment-term improvements, and other performance metrics.
• Help develop and maintain Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify consolidation, standardization, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve pricing, delivery, and documentation issues.
• Support projects across the Americas, including the United States, Mexico, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and other regional operations.
• Maintain organized sourcing files, quotations, contracts, and audit documentation.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn procurement and supply-chain systems.
