Mission Manager Senior Mentor

Location: Augusta, GA
Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Geo Owl is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Mission Manager Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Mission Manager Senior Mentor possesses certified skill-sets in multiple specialized, technical capabilities that will contribute direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day workforce.

The Mission Manager Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain qualification records for geolocation operator proficiency improvement, develop course curriculum and training references; provide advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT operations; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management. This position may require assignment to work rotating shifts.

The Mission Manager Senior Mentor will possess the following capabilities:

• Minimum of five (5) years within the last seven (7) years of operational and/or instructional experience producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions, including real-time sensitive collection and/or reporting in support of military operations

• Current or previous experience and instructor certification in one or more relevant geolocation technologies

• Experience and/or current certification as an on-shift Mission Manager

• Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

• Direct experience as an on-shift Mission Manager with the applicable domain

• Strong knowledge of the RF spectrum and relevant telecommunications technologies

• Knowledge and experience in active and/or passive geolocation and direction-finding methodologies

• Ability and willingness to obtain instructor certification and geolocation specialized certifications as required
