Facilities Operations Manager –
TS/SCI with Ability to Obtain Full Scope Polygraph

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee critical facilities operations for mission‑critical military installations. This role requires a strong engineering, construction, and facilities operations background with a proven track record in government contracting and intelligence community experience. The successful candidate will manage a workforce of 50‑100 personnel, lead complex projects, and serve as the Site Chief Operating Engineer.

• Overall management of facilities work described in specific task orders.
• Direct communication to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Serve as the Site Chief Operating Engineer.
• Oversee the Facility Control Center, Facility Maintenance, and Infrastructure (custodial, roads, ground, waste management).
• Act as the central point of contact with the Government when the Program Manager is absent.

• Ten (10) years of experience in engineering, construction management, or facilities operations capacity.
• Intelligence Community experience leading and managing facilities operations, engineering, or construction management projects or programs.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience managing a workforce of 50‑100 people.
• One (1) year of experience working with SCADA/EMCS control systems.
• One (1) year of experience/knowledge of CMMS.
• Strong personal leadership, management, and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exemplary attention to detail.
• Sensitivity to and reporting on instances of fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Knowledge of project management processes and financial management skills.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Full‑Scope Polygraph.
