We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, business development, client relationships, training activities, recruitment/manpower services, and coordination with international teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily branch operations and administration
- Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
- Coordinate training programs, instructors, trainees, and certification activities
- Support recruitment and manpower projects
- Manage vendors, partners, consultants, and third-party providers
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business reports
- Support marketing, content, and development of new services
- Lead and supervise administrative and operational team
- Coordinate with international offices and management
- Identify market opportunities and support U.S. business expansion
