• Identify root cause of non‑conformance and communicate findings to the production line.
• Participate in quality and efficiency improvement activities.
• Complete all assignments according to development schedules, cost objectives and management directions.
• Assure confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models, and product plans.
• Identify new products and features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and keep the production line at the forefront of the industry.
• Disassemble and assemble engines without damaging or losing components.
• Ride and evaluate carts to assess performance.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required, 2‑year technical or industry‑related degree preferred.
• Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  2 or more years of experience required.
• Additional Requirements:
  
  ASE certification is a plus, ability to read blueprints.
