Operative responsibilities focus on dimensional inspection, quality assurance, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement‑related issues while maintaining safety, quality standards and 5S in the lab.

• Operate CMM machines and other lab equipment to inspect parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform dimensional inspections and verify tolerances using CMM and other precision measuring tools.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports for quality assurance.
• Identify and report non‑conformances and assist in root cause analysis.
• Ensure calibration and proper functioning of CMM equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement‑related issues.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all inspection activities.
• Maintain 5S in the lab.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in dimensional inspection or CMM operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO/VDA/IATF quality standards and inspection procedures.
