Production Control Process Control Specialist I
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Develop and/or modify production plans and implement them.
- Analyze demand and forecasting of production
- Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
- Establish mid- & long-term production plan reflecting production capacity and constraints.
- Monitor and control progress of production.
- Inform other Units of any changes in production plans and update documents accordingly.
- Prepare status and performance reports, and resolve production issues
- Regularly communicate with other production Units for the sake of information sharing.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE- Bachelor’s degree required (Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering major preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred
- Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
