** What You'll Be Doing
*** Support daily plant, quarry, yard, and production operations to ensure efficient workflow.
* Operate equipment and perform general labor duties in a safe and productive manner.
* Inspect, clean, maintain, and assist with basic repairs of equipment and work areas.
* Load, unload, stock, and move materials as needed to support business operations.
* Follow all safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies while contributing to team success.##

* Ability to perform a variety of hands-on tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
* Mechanical aptitude and capability to learn equipment operation and maintenance activities.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs across multiple functions.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
** What We Offer*** $18.06 to $24.24per hour.
