Pay Range: $44 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Patient & Family Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for pediatric ENT patients and their families, providing education, resources, and emotional support tailored to their specific needs.
• Care Coordination & Access: Improve timeliness and access to care by coordinating appointments, facilitating communication between multiple specialists, and bridging gaps in services and resources. Coordinate care plans from specialty clinics and multidisciplinary rounds.
• Clinical Expertise & Partnership: Function as a subject matter expert in pediatric ENT navigation. Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, social workers, and the broader care team to develop and implement a seamless, patient-centered plan of care.
• Program Development & Leadership: Participate in community needs assessments and program evaluation to improve navigation services. Provide leadership within the navigation team and serve as a mentor/preceptor for other staff.
• Performance & Compliance: Uphold all health system policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in data collection and performance improvement initiatives to advance evidence-based practice within the navigation program.

• Key skills: Registered Nurse (RN), Pediatric Nursing, Care Coordination/Navigation, ENT/Otolaryngology, BLS
• Licensure: Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or graduation from an accredited nursing program required. Master's in Health Administration or a related field preferred.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with disease-specific expertise in Pediatrics, ENT/Otolaryngology, or a closely related specialty is strongly preferred.
• Outpatient care coordination, case management, or navigation experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing practice required.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be proficient in coordinating care across multiple settings and comfortable interacting with patients/families in-person, telephonically, and electronically.
