Registered Nurse; RN – Critical Care

Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care
. This is a Full Time – Days Shift / Night Shift opportunity with long‑term potential located at Augusta, GA (Onsite).

Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $59.00/hr.

• Deliver safe, high‑quality critical care using the nursing process and evidence‑based practice.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage critically ill patients.
• Monitor hemodynamics, ventilators, and complex medical equipment.
• Administer and titrate IV medications, drips, and vasoactive agents as ordered.
• Respond to rapid changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary ICU teams.
• Provide patient‑ and family‑centered education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance standards.

• Active RN license (GA State or Compact).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Recent ICU or critical care RN experience required.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical judgment skills.
• Experience with ventilators, drips, and invasive monitoring.
• BLS required; ACLS required (CCRN preferred).
• Ability to function effectively in high‑acuity, fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care RN experience.
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role).
• Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct.
