• The Director, Surgical Services (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the department and be well supported with a team of Nurse Managers, Clinical Coordinators and Charge Nurses
• The Department performs a variety of surgical procedures including general, CV, orthopedic, urology, ENT, bariatrics, endoscopy, and robotics
• Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Director (RN)

• Master's degree required (MBA, MSN, MHA) / BSN required if Master's not in Nursing
• RN Active License
• Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
• Minimum (2) years Director level experience leading an acute care hospital based Surgical Services Department
• Inspirational and results oriented leader
