• Position will manage a growing 27 bed ED that sees over 53k annual visits
• The Director will be well supported by an ED Nurse Manager, and a Department Educator
• Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

• Master's degree required (Master's or Bachelor's must be in Nursing)
• Active RN License
• Minimum of five (5) years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or Director level required
• INSPIRATIONAL, SERVANT leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
• Be able to show a demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
