• Provide advanced neonatal care across the NICU and newborn service consistent with Level 4 NNP scope and hospital protocols.
• Admit, evaluate, diagnose, and manage neonates including stabilization, procedures, and evidence‑based care plans.
• Write orders, document care, and coordinate with neonatologists, nursing staff, respiratory therapy, and ancillary teams.
• Participate in deliveries, bedside procedures, and multidisciplinary rounds as needed.
• Serve as a clinical leader and mentor; support quality improvement and family‑centered care initiatives.

• Current APRN national specialty certification in neonatal nurse practitioner or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or higher in nursing or relevant advanced practice degree.
• Active or eligible state RN/APRN licensure (Georgia licensure preferred; assistance available).
• Demonstrated neonatal clinical experience at an advanced practice level;
  Level 4 clinical competency or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
