Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Tele

Requirements:

• Active RN License (Georgia or multi-state compact)
• Must have 1 year of Med Surg experience required,
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Associate’s or bachelor’s in nursing (BSN preferred)

• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about care and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
