Key Responsibilities Patient Care
  • Administer high-quality dialysis treatments, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments pre- and post-treatment, monitoring patients closely during their care.
  • Review and administer prescribed medications, updating patient medication profiles monthly.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient assessment and care planning.
  • Assist in staffing to meet state regulations and ensure smooth operational flow.
Safety & Quality
  • Adhere to company policies, state regulations, and federal laws to ensure a safe and compliant care environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings and engage in ongoing education to stay updated on renal care best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Licensure :
    Valid Registered Nurse license.
  • Skills :
    Ability to distinguish all primary colors (essential for effective patient care).
Experience
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Dialysis nursing experience is a plus but not necessary—we're committed to helping you grow!
