Pay Range: $40‑$48 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, specialized nursing care to medical‑surgical patients with oncological diagnoses.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions, managing symptoms and providing education on disease processes and treatments.
- Act as a primary liaison between patients, their families, and providers, ensuring clear communication and patient advocacy.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily patient flow to deliver safe and effective care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

- Skills: Registered Nurse (RN), RN Med Surg, RN Medical Surgical, RN Oncology, RN Acute Care, BLS.
- Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi‑state Compact).
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Experience in Med Surg, Oncology, or related acute care settings is strongly preferred.
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing preferred. - Schedule: PRN, various shifts (flexible scheduling).
- Other skills: Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and communication skills. Ability to provide empathetic, patient‑centered care in a dynamic environment.
