Registered Nurse; RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our medical / surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced medical / surgical environment. • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records (EMR)
• Patient Population :
  Adults to Geriatrics
  - Ratio / Census : 1 : 5-6; 33 beds with average daily census of 28

• Minimum of 1 year of paid experience in a medical / surgical setting
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA - (Not Hits)
• BLS (AHA), ACSL (AHA), COVID Vaccine W / booster
• All health docs up to date
• Be able to pass Background and Drug screen
• Unit Systems :
  Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR
• General Skills and Work Setting Requirements :
  Medical Surgical / Remote Telemetry with diagnoses of diabetes, med / surg, post op, wound vacs, bariatrics
• Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00), Every other weekend
• Pay : $1,800.00 per week
