Registered Nurse; RN; Acute Care

Role Overview:
The registered nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They act as a patient advocate, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction while supporting performance improvement initiatives and professional growth.

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care according to policies.
• Coordinate patient flow and document assessments, care, education, and incidents.
• Address patient and family concerns, provide health education, and communicate effectively with care team members.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and support organizational initiatives for better outcomes.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development and leadership opportunities.
• Mentor other nurses, promote a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality.

• Associate or diploma in nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license; BLS certification required upon hire.
• Multi-state RN license or single-state license acceptable.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
