Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Georgia
Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Schedule: Variable schedule with weekend and call requirements to be discussed during interview; orientation required
Highlights:
- Multi-specialty OR environment including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
- Epic electronic medical records system in use
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
- Patient population includes adults and geriatrics across diverse surgical specialties
- Floating within facility scope of practice and to outpatient settings as needed
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off during contract period
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience required prior to travel nursing
- Must have documented experience in Neurology, Transplant (solid organ), General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic surgical procedures – non-negotiable requirement
- Previous travel nursing experience required; this position does not accept first-time travelers
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Community hospital and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
- Proficiency in diverse surgical procedures including but not limited to: joint replacements, spine procedures, craniotomy, transplant cases, laparoscopic procedures, and general surgical cases
- Full compliance documentation required to start on time; late compliance results in two-week pushback due to bi-weekly orientation schedule

November 23-29 and December 21-January 3 - All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes can be requested after offer acceptance or while onsite
- Candidates must complete all compliance requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
- Clinical screening process will determine candidate fit prior to manager interview
