Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Augusta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends; 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio (estimated); contract labor floats first to similar units when needed

• 40-bed medical-surgical unit with comprehensive team support including clinical nurse coordinator, unit coordinator, and dedicated PCTs on each shift
• Perform essential nursing procedures including EKGs, glucometry, and venipuncture
• Documentation via Meditech EMR system
• Work at a 354-bed acute care facility known for specialized services including the largest burn center in the country and award-winning emergency department with shortest wait times in the region
• Join a facility recognized for strong culture and exceptional managerial support
• Located in a vibrant city rich in history, known for the Augusta Riverwalk, thriving downtown dining and nightlife scene, and hosting The Masters golf tournament annually

• Current Georgia RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Competency with standard medical-surgical equipment and patient care procedures
• Royal blue scrubs (top and bottom) required
