Registered Nurse; RN; Adult Emergency Department

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, developing care plans, coordinating care, and advocating for patient needs to enhance satisfaction and outcomes.

The role involves participating in performance improvement initiatives, supporting shared governance, and fostering a positive work environment. The nurse will also mentor colleagues, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and engage in ongoing professional development.

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and deliver safe, effective care.
• Collaborate with care teams and communicate patient needs clearly.
• Support patient and family education, ensuring patient-centered care.
• Contribute to quality improvement and organizational initiatives.
• Mentor and support team development, promoting a positive workplace culture.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license and required certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
