Registered Nurse; RN; Acute Care Trauma

This position is for a registered nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, acting as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure safe, effective care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, care provided, and any incidents.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and fostering patient- and family-centered care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Support professional development by maintaining licenses, certifications, and staying current with industry best practices.
• Mentor and support colleagues, promote a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality.

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid RN license and current BLS certification.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
