• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies and procedures.
• Document assessments, care provided, and incident reports accurately.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and organizational performance.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Mentor and support fellow nurses to foster a positive work environment and uphold professional standards.

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification are required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
