Registered Nurse; RN Pediatric Emergency Department

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a primary communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, prioritize patient flow, and maintain accurate documentation. Act as an advocate for patients and educate families on health issues. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state), and BLS certification. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Committed to professional growth and adherence to safety and ethical standards.
