Registered Nurse – Adult Operating Room

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; develop care plans; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patients and communicate with families and providers; collaborate with staff to ensure optimal patient flow and safety. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional standards, and support shared governance. Mentor and support colleagues to foster professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; active RN license; certifications in BLS, ACLS, and instructor certifications as required; commitment to ongoing professional development; strong communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy skills.
