• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Assist in delivering safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients and communicate effective with families and care providers.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for better patient outcomes.
• Support professional growth through ongoing training, certification maintenance, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

• Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS Instructor certification.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
