RN Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis Team and provide specialized care to patients requiring hemodialysis treatment.

As a Dialysis RN, you will play a critical role in managing complex patient needs, monitoring treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of patient safety and quality outcomes.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients receiving hemodialysis treatments.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nephrologists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Current Georgia RN license or compact licensure
• BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Prior hemodialysis or acute dialysis nursing experience
• ACLS certification
  
  Experience caring for critically ill or medically complex patients
