- one on one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
- G Tube feedings, medication administration, and site care
- Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition
- Medication administration and treatments
- Accurate and timely documentation
- Family education and caregiver support
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
-10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Approximately 16 hours per week
Qualifications & Skills- Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license
- Experience with G Tube feedings is required
- Pediatric home health experience preferred
- Cerebral Pasly, ADL Assistance, experience preferred
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Current negative TB test within 12 months
- Strong clinical judgement
- Reliable communication
- Compassionate, family centered approach
- Dependable and professional
- One patient per shift with no facility rotation
- Leadership that understands pediatric home health
