Charge Nurse; RN; Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; document care activities; advocate for patients and communicate with families and providers. Engage in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to a positive work environment, and support shared governance. Foster professional growth through ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership. Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred)
• Current RN license; multi-state compact or single-state license
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement
