Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient flow, and maintain thorough documentation. Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and promoting patient- and family-centered care.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, maintain licensure and certifications, engage in ongoing training, and support professional growth and mentoring of colleagues.

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; valid RN license (single or multi-state); certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS are required. Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, communication, teamwork, and adherence to professional standards.

Contribute to a positive work environment, support quality improvement efforts, and comply with organizational policies. Actively participate in shared governance and professional organizations to foster growth and excellence in nursing practice.
