Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care – Medical Surgery

This position involves providing high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative team environment. The nurse acts as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitoring and evaluating patient conditions, assisting with care plans, and executing appropriate interventions.
• Prioritizing patient flow, delivering safe care in accordance with policies, and maintaining thorough documentation.
• Advocating for patients, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families about health issues.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing ideas to enhance care quality and efficiency.
• Supporting professional growth through ongoing education, maintaining licenses, and engaging in leadership activities.

• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred).
• Current RN licensure and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
