Registered Nurse; RN

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.

• Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; advocate for patients and families; ensure documentation accuracy; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support professional development and mentorship; promote patient and staff satisfaction; and uphold safety and confidentiality standards.
• Qualifications: Nursing degree (Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s preferred); active RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; and required certifications upon hire.
• Skills: Strong communication, clinical judgment, patient advocacy, teamwork, and dedication to professional growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver safe, effective care.
