Registered Nurse Temp; RN Adult Emergency Department

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, aiding in care planning and delivery.
• Prioritize and coordinate patient flow, ensuring safe and effective care aligned with policies.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating vital information.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting change for better outcomes.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, licensure, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, promoting shared governance principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (Instructor or Provider) required at hire.
