Description:
Join our team in a dynamic medical/surgical unit. The unit encompasses a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on post-operative and trauma patients. We have a patient ratio of 1:5, with a maximum of 1:6. The unit is equipped with advanced technology to support patient care. Our staff includes a unit secretary during the day shift and two techs available for both day and night shifts.
Documentation is managed through a Meditech system. We are seeking candidates who work well in a team-oriented environment and have experience in post-operative care. This unit has received recognition for outstanding patient experience awards in recent quarters. Staff support and a positive workplace culture are highly valued here.
