This is a highly visible leadership role for a nurse who enjoys being connected to residents, families, and associates while ensuring the clinical operations of the community remain organized, responsive, and compliant.

As Resident Care Director, you will lead resident care services across Assisted Living and Memory Care
, supporting everything from assessments and care planning to medication management, team development, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide leadership and clinical oversight for Assisted Living and Memory Care resident services.
  • Conduct and oversee resident assessments, reassessments, service plans, and ongoing care plan reviews.
  • Monitor resident wellness, recognize changes in condition, and ensure appropriate interventions and follow-up occur promptly.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents and families while providing clear, compassionate communication regarding changing care needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, hospice, therapy, home health, and other healthcare partners to ensure coordinated resident care.
