Sage Group Health Care Staffing is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader passionate about resident-centered care, team development, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Lead nursing operations, staffing, and clinical team performance.
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and effective care planning.
- Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and nursing standards .
- Lead quality improvement, audits, and survey readiness .
- Oversee clinical documentation, assessments, and EMR processes.
- Develop, mentor, and support nursing staff.
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or applicable equivalent
- Current RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Nursing leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Earn up to $63/hour
- Up to $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
