Overview

Join to apply for the Wildlife Service Professional role at Rollins, Inc. The Mouse (Northwest Exterminating) seeks candidates who enjoy working outdoors, solving unique challenges, climbing ladders, and helping people. We offer comprehensive training and opportunities for growth. Starting hourly rate $16, plus a company vehicle and cell phone.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
  • Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
  • Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
  • Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when required.
  • Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
  • Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits.
  • Educate customers on wildlife services and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 ft, and climb 60 ft.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
