• Audit products presented for acceptance, checking for cosmetics, safety, part presence, and operation defects.
• Maintain audit check sheets in the QA database and ensure data accuracy in the Total Quality Management (TQM) software.
• Audit internal processes and work instructions as required.
• Support completion of monthly yard audits.
• Escalate quality issues and non‑conforming conditions to the responsible internal parties.
• Assist in investigation and containment when safety and quality issues are found.
• Perform rework on vehicles on quality hold to meet engineering specifications and follow containment procedures, as required.
• Assist in the validation of Quality Gates and Control plans, as required.
• Facilitate on‑the‑job training (OJT) for new inspectors using standardized inspection plans.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
• Experience:
  
  2–4 years in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Software Knowledge:
  Microsoft Office, SAP, MES preferred.
