Performs entry level technical assistance with routine procedures in a laboratory; requires considerable accuracy in the preparation of all types of laboratory procedures.

• Assist in cell culture, tissue, and data collection.
• Assist in mouse breeding colonies.
• Assist the Principal Investigator or higher‑level technician with research studies and experiments.
• Assist with general lab procedures, maintenance, and cleaning.

• High school diploma or GED required with laboratory experience.

• Cell culture, mouse tissue collection, and molecular cell biology techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases, or willingness to learn.
• Energetic self‑starter, goal‑focused, and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking, prioritization, problem‑solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability and willingness to work with animals.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.

Shift: Days;
Monday - Friday

Salary: $15.00-$17.98 hourly.

Pay Band: B1

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum‑midpoint) of the position.

Recruitment Period:
