We are looking for a meat prep team member for our Augusta, GA location — people who embody our know-your-name kind of service and are ready to set their hand to the plow. In the spirit of making the communities we serve better, we offer our team members stand‑up benefits, including :

• Repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive grasping, bending, and reaching
• Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 30-50 pounds
• Exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, cooking equipment, etc.)
• The safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment
• Maintains a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment
• Requires basic food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
• Follows recipes and / or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serving food items which may include meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food products
• Stocks, dates, rotates, and temperature checks of products
